ABOUT THE POSITION

The school opened 7 years ago and has been in a steady state of expansion since. In 2022, the school will open to Year 13 for the first time.

The newly appointed Head of Exams and Student Data will take on an important operational role as the secondary school exceeds 400 pupils for the first time.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in establishing, with the support of the current senior leadership and the Amity Education Group, the school’s use of data in increasingly innovative and effective ways to provide insight for educators to advance student achievement and progress, as well as providing vital assistance to senior leadership and the school as a whole through the generation of reports and by enhancing the operational efficiency of the data analysis process.

This role is suited to a person with at least six years teaching experience, two of which will have been in a middle leadership role e.g. Head of Department/subject/year group leader.
