Head of Projects – Property in UAE | Alshaya Careers 2022

Description:

The Head of Projects within the regional property team will work closely with the Regional Property Director to develop, manage and implement the retail project management strategy within the region.You will manage a large team and be involved in all elements of retail project management, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of large retail projects.

Responsibilities:

• A degree in Project Management or Engineering, or a similar degree-based qualification.
• At least 10 years experience in a similar role controlling large retail project management operations and budgets (Middle East experience preferable).
• Management experience of multiple retail brands and large food and beverage retail stores preferable.
