The Head of Luxury in Retail Sector is responsible for managing and leading the luxury retail division of the company. The role involves overseeing the sales, marketing, and overall operations of the luxury division, as well as developing strategies to increase revenue and expand the brand’s presence in other luxury markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue in the Luxury Concept Store.
• Manage and mentor a team of managers, retail associates, and other staff members, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve the division’s goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key luxury brands and vendors, negotiating contracts and securing exclusive partnerships.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
