Description:

Lead the sales function to deliver a full pipeline of opportunities with a high conversion rate, to support the revenue targets of the business across AFS, Component repair, DEI and Training business streams within Etihad Engineering, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction from the existing key accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the sales pipeline for each business unit.
  • Lead the Sales team and ensure that opportunities are properly processed and adhere to appropriate governance
  • Set objectives and allocate accounts with the sales team.
  • Develop new customer opportunities utilising market intelligence and promote other Etihad Engineering services where appropriate
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years within a dedicated aviation discipline with a comprehensive understanding of MRO, component repair and supply chain.
  • Previous leadership of sales, commercial or operational team within a similar organisation
  • Sales experience of high value, multi-transaction contracts within an engineering/technical discipline
  • Experience working with OEM and Airlines is preferred.
