Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the wine and beverage list and able to discuss, suggest and recommend all types of wine and beverages to guests who ask for advice
• Responsible for sommelier management, maintenance, and update of data information.
• Ensuring wine codification in our financial systems: inventory and POS with F&B cost controller and purchasing.
• Developing wine strategies as well as managing slow moving items
• Ability to match particular wines with the many characteristics of food
