1- Help Desk Operator – Facilities Management
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Are you a customer service superstar? Do you enjoy working with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment? If so, then this vacancy is for you!
- The Helpdesk Operator will be providing efficient solutions and services to all guests, offering information & support by registering building complaints, building service requests, and safety hazards, via the engineering department’s CAFM system.
- The priority of this role will be to ensure all prompt processing of submitted requests, carry out all assigned and task handling, recording and follow up through to completion.
- Advise the Manager and Department on the day-to-day problems or issues and provide detailed analysis and reports.
Job Requirements:
- If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within facilities management in a similar role and a diploma or degree, a passion and willingness to help others, and excellent communication skills,
