Position: Duty Manager at Holiday
Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for an active Duty Manager to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit
- Analyzes and approves discounts and rebates.
- Analyzes the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
- Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
- Supervises and directs Reception and Reservations personnel.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4 stars hotel.
- You need to be people oriented and highly passionate about your job with a great level of confidence.
- Good English communication skills are essential.
