Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Drive the initial integration and future sustainable growth and development of a Home Care business for the company through an approved governance framework, sound financial management support and guidance and the optimisation of clinical and patient administration practices in line with company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team
- Monitor and manage clinical standards and practices by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes and policies
- Manage all financial processes and practices to ensure sustainable growth and development of the service
- Implement and monitor business development initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management will be an advantage
- Essential: At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare management setting
- Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial and clinical functions
