• Greeting and seating guests
• Ensuring that the restaurant is presentable at all times
• Maintaining a positive attitude with all guests
• Communicating with managers to ensure that customers are having a good experience.
• Determining if customers would like to see a menu before ordering.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on hospitality.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
