Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule week ahead in a sensible manner to ensure opportunities for hotel visits are maximised,
  • Consistently keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor information and new hotel openings,
  • Ensure fully knowledgeable of products offered to clients by regularly attending trainings and acting as a local expert,
  • Develop a thorough understanding of required systems, including booking portal and reporting software.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school qualification (10 years schooling or equivalent)
    Experience:
  • Commercial/Sales.Other
  • Work experience of 4+ years in a customer service role
  • Previous experience in the hospitality/travel or tourism industry preferred
