Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing of the Housekeeping Office operations and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Provide administrative duties for the housekeeping department, including emails, computer input, filing, tracing, answering telephones, printing reports, payroll, maintaining employee files and departmental record logs.
  • You are responsible to monitor the housekeeping order takers and ensure that all calls and requests are actioned and completed as per standards.
  • Ensure that all keys and work mobiles are inventoried and signed in and out daily.
  • Completes inventories of all housekeeping amenities and cleaning supplies and arranges orders as required.

Requuirement
  • You’ll also participate in the management of the department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • To ensure all Lost & Found is logged and stored as per policy and procedures.
