The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join their extraordinary team.

Responsibilities:

• As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll keep all aspects of housekeeping and laundry running smoothly – and ensure high standards are met to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences.

Requirements:

• It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team.
• A 4-year Housekeeping Management experience in a hotel of similar size with experience in hotel openings being preferred.
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and a driven nature.
