We are looking for an HR Advisor (Talent Management) to handle the attraction, selection, and retention of employees. Driving, supporting and contributing to a combination of HR processes across the employee life cycle, encompassing workforce planning, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, succession, and retention.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Working with leaders and managers to recruit and retain high potential employees to assume key roles in the organization in the future. Supporting and working closely with succession management to ensure that critical positions can be filled quickly, minimizing disruptions to business operations which guarantees business continuity
b- Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit clearance procedures. Manage communications to evoke positive association with the organisation upon employee exits.

Job Requirements:
a- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
b- A minimum of five (5) years experience in talent acquisition within ANS or similar
c- A minimum of 7 years experience within Human Resources
