Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an HR Coordinator on a fixed term contractual basis to support our HR operations team in Dubai UAE.
- Provide general information to employees and services as primary contact for employees.
- Supports the new hire onboarding process including managing documentation, internal preparations, system changes, coordinating with PRO’s and point person to field new hire questions.
- Liaise with HR team and run day-to-day HR operations and employee relations matters.
- Assist in updating as well as administering the execution of HR policies, procedures and process and handling employee queries.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience in HR preferably in a multinational environment
- Working knowledge of UAE/ Gulf Countries employment law is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
