About The Job

 

HR Coordinator

 

The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the entire HR team with particular focus on recruitment and payroll/benefits.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and refresh all Job Postings and assist with scheduling and distribution of hiring assessments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and compliance documentation
  • Assists with the pre- and post-employment activities for new hires and exiting employees
  • Update new hire and onboarding trackers with speed and precision
  • Process data changes within HRIS system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions triaging when necessary.
  • Own the administrative execution of new hire onboarding and offboarding.
  • Organize and maintain internal documentation and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, local, state, and regional regulations.
  • Coordinate and support new hires during the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for each new hire
  • Manage employee referral payment trackers
  • Manage HR mailbox and reply to employee inquiries, triaging and escalating as necessary
  • Serve as back up for payroll submissions; entering in commissions, incentives and variable pay as needed
