Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective sourcing and recruitment for the Graduate Program, including engagement in University Career Fairs and internal assessment centers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for participants in the Graduate Program and their respective supervisors.
  • Maintain and manage records related to the Graduate Program.
  • Proactively communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the graduate program, benefiting both the individuals and the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate all elements of the Graduate Program, encompassing training initiatives and events.
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and efficient assistance to the program participants and their supervisors.
