1- HR Happiness Officer
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing legal, educational and awareness brochures for human resources management and circulating them to the institution’s employees after they are approved through the channels and means available in the department.
  • Implementation of the employees’ self-measures and documenting them through the regulations in force in the institution, and submitting periodic reports on them.
  • Audit requests to issue – amend – update health insurance and the necessary documents, in coordination with approved health insurance companies, and submit them to the system to issue health insurance cards for employees and their families in accordance with the laws and legislation in force.
  • Periodically updating the data of employees and their families in the system and extracting periodic reports in this regard.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Competencies and Skills Required: Familiarity with Arabic and English, computer skills and its applications, excellence in implementation, creation and transmission of positive energy.
  • Number of years of experience: No experience required
