Job Responsibilities:
- Support Group Talent Acquisition in developing the workforce plan in line with the business strategy/ budget and ensure timely submissions and approvals. Also make sure that resources are adequately provided as per the approved workforce plan.
- Responsible for screening, short-listing applicants at junior&middle tier positions, conduct interviews, and advice line managers on final outcome.
- Ensure new employees are properly inducted into the business and given support to become productive as quickly as possible
- Support Group P&C in ensuring that SMART objectives are developed for all the employees in the sector and annual appraisal is done as per the defined timelines by Group P&C team.
- Play a key role in communicating organizational messages and monitoring feedback within the concerned business units.
Job Requirements:
- Masters in HR or business. Professional certification in HR like CIPD qualification or SHRM will be an added advantage.
- Have a minimum of 5-8 of relevant practical working experience in progressive positions within HR, preferably in an international organization with matrix setup
- 5+ years of experience of HR business partnering preferably in a multi sector organization.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
