1- HR Service Delivery Advisor
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
- HR Service Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, acting as the first point of contact for Astellas employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available
- Role will also be responsible for performing transactional HR services in addition to managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data.
- Role will sit within the HR Service Delivery Team and will involve working closely with the HR Service Delivery Team Lead to manage queries to resolution
- Report to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead and will work closely with the wider HR Service Delivery Team and Projects and Continuous Improvement team to explore opportunities for continuous improvement across the HR Operations function
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a Global Multinational Organization.
- Experience in working within a Shared Service Centre environment
- Experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external stakeholders. Arabic and English language skills are essential
