Responsibilities:
  • Technical Hiring: Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent in the software development industry. Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their requirements, assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and make final hiring decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and HR professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and maximize their effectiveness in sourcing and hiring the best talent.
  • HR Operations: Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Systems and Structures: Develop and implement HR systems, processes, and structures that align with the company’s growth plans and enable scalability. Continuously evaluate and improve HR practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Retention and Employer Branding: Develop and execute initiatives to increase employee retention rates, foster a positive work culture, and enhance the company’s employer brand. Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including employee development programs, recognition programs, and competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Learning and Adaptation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the software development industry, particularly in HR practices and talent management. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance hiring processes and employee experiences.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Drive innovation and creativity in HR initiatives and processes. Identify opportunities to introduce new approaches, technologies, and strategies that improve hiring efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a software development company.
  • Excellent technical hiring skills with a deep understanding of software development roles and requirements.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and managing HR teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR systems and structures.
  • Solid understanding of retention strategies and employer branding.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing trends and technologies.
  • Innovative and creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
