Job Responsibilities:.

• Participates in setting and executing against the strategic direction of the business area
• Responsible for managing projects in multi-disciplinary projects, covering several areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development, performance management, people management, employee relations and change management
• Liaises with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions
• Works across the HR function and business, seeks to ensure interventions are integrated in a consistent way that supports AZ’s organisational objectives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Solid HR Business Partnering experience
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
