Description:

A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists incoming employees, managers or candidates and provides accurate information. Answers questions, provides forms or directions.
  • Provides administrative assistance such as filing, update disciplinary trackers, create and maintain personnel files, Oasys update, biometric registrations, bank application, locker allocations, WA ID  printing, updating electronic notice board for announcement such as birthdays & team member activities as required.
  • Preparing letters related to status change, promotion letters, employment certificates and etc.
  • Maintenance and inventory of all office supplies, stationary ,business cards and office equipment

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources Officer or equivalent role
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
