  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to effectively market open positions and attract a qualified candidate pool.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with other Departments to ensure a streamlined evaluation and selection process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process and providing a positive candidate experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of proven experience as a part of the HR Department.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment.
  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be fluent in both English, written and verbal;
