 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the agriculture or poultry sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training, and development, etc.)
• Proficiency in HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, safety regulations, and farm-specific requirements.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working Conditions: This role may require occasional visits to various parts of the farm and interaction with farm staff in different capacities.
