Apt Resources is a leading recruitment company in search of a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager. This position is for our client’s Lifestyle Restaurant chain, which offers a unique and modern dining experience. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation and effective execution of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including the creation of job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
• Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans
• Create and implement effective employee training and development programs
• Developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive employee engagement and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a human resources management role, preferably in the hospitality industry with at least 2 years in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations of UAE
• Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
