1- Human Resources Team Assistant
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full HR admin support to the UAE and Global People Team which includes filing, documentation, data-entry of personnel data into the HR system etc., and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Create personal files and maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism rates etc., for employee benefits
- Provide support in the processing and full administration of work/employment processes and renewals
- Provide support in onboarding – offboarding processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any relevant courses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with the same role preferably from food industry
- With experience in all HR facets (recruitment, compensation/benefits, employee relations and learning development)
- Must be knowledgeable and with hands on experience in different MS office applications
