As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and market segments for AMC services.
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique HVAC maintenance needs.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirement
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in HVAC services or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance contracts is a plus.
