Job Responsibilities
- In this role, you will assist to achieve the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the sales revenue by establishing and maintaining strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly exploring new business opportunities.
- You will also ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications, professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
Job Requirements
- Progressive career in Sales in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Superior customer service skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategy formulation and account development skills with high regard for details and accuracy
- Passion for working with people
