Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate operations in compliance with the hygiene and food safety standards
- Implement, review and update food safety management system procedures in accordance with local regulations and brand standards
- Monitor, assist and perform all procedures and protocols for maintaining an excellent sanitation and hygienic environment
- Effectively and efficiently maintain records related to the Hotel’s sanitation and hygiene programs/initiatives. Ensure all related documentation and supporting data, is in place, accurately populated and easy to retrieve

Requirement
