Oliver Wyman is seeking a Regional Contingent Workforce Specialist for the India, Middle East and Africa region. This role will be part of the global Human Capital Operations team, responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Assessing contractor companies and individual contractor profiles,
• Establishing the most appropriate contractual set ups, for each profile and formalizing it with the relevant parties
• Populating documentation for Oliver Wyman’s external contractor regional population,
• setting up external contractor regional population on respective HR systems
• Support the negotiation of terms with third party vendors
• Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, IT, talent management, etc.) on the full lifecycle of contingent workers from sourcing candidates, to approvals, to onboarding and offboarding
