We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our individual sales team and assist with our new Essential Benefits Plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling new business and renewal enquiries for both broker and direct channels:/

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales through outbound calls from leads via our web-site.
• Manage the inbound emails and call enquiries.
• Data entry such as on Salesforce
• Quality checking the end to end sales process in terms of implementation, compliance documents, payment receipt on the Administration System.
• Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries.
• Experience within a customer service environment.
• 2 years (plus) insurance experience is preferred.
• Strong system navigation and Microsoft application skills.
• Strive to achieve KPIs across Sales & Renewals.
• Provide Regular reporting and information around key metrics.
• Actively support all team members and provide resource to enable all goals to be achieved.
• Carry out appropriate sales activity standards as directed by their manager.
• Adheres to and maintains current understanding of compliance requirements and organizational policies & procedures.
