Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding of new / existing clients including building and developing relationships and engagement with the clients;
• Enhance Sales and Business Development efforts for new high-net-worth / institutional clients;
• Enhance and build company’s reputation and business in overseas cooperation;
• Understand the customers’ demands and propose strategic cooperation strategies;
• Continuously analyze user behavior, identifying needs, communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer experience.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelors in any field, preferably in Business Management / Marketing / Finance related capacity;
• 5-7 years Institutional sales / Business Development / High-Net-Worth Sales experience in Bank / Asset management / Hedge Fund / Brokerage / Fintech / Payments / Digital Assets space is preferred;
• Candidates from trading exchange will be advantageous;
• Demonstrated ability to grow market shares, identify priorities, and winning patterns to maximize sales outcomes;
• Sensitive to the rapid change of blockchain & cryptocurrency market & knowledge of blockchain technology is a bonus;
• Required to communicate in English / Mandarin due to the nature of the markets / stakeholders / customers involved.
