Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator at Oncolab Diagnostics in Dubai. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating new contracts with insurance companies as well as managing insurance processes, including handling insurance claims and providing excellent customer service to patients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with insurance providers, verifying insurance coverage, explaining insurance benefits to patients, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.

Requirement
- Certified laboratory worker
- Insurance and Health Insurance knowledge
- Experience in customer service
