Intern – Inside Sales Representative: Dubai | NOV
Description:
This is an inside sales internship position designed to provide qualified students an opportunity to learn valuable knowledge in a hands-on manner, supporting our sales teams with their sales process. You will be working with the Product Line Sales, Country Managers, and Sales Engineers on a day-to-day basis. This will provide the opportunity for you to learn about new technologies, develop or enhance your skills, and make significant contributions to NOV.
Responsibilities
- Create Sales Quotes based on customer’s requirements
- Process Sales Orders based on Sales Quotes and customer Purchase Order
- Liaise between Engineering and Product Line to set up part numbers for custom-made tools.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for manufacturing completion/delivery dates
- Review and set up new customers
- Act as liaison between Logistics and customers for order deliveries
- Coordinate with customers for order collection
- Providing order updates to customer
- Secure copy of Proof of Delivery to be able to invoice orders
- Resolve customer order issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A current student enrolled in a technical or non-technical discipline, preferably Engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum), Sales & Business Development
- Available for a 6 months internship
