About the job

As a Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate-facing activities. You will consultative-ly manage the end-to-end recruitment process and will become a trusted advisor on recruitment-related activities. You will also be the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Requirement

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
• Experience recruiting internationally
• Strong organization skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e., interview scheduling and sourcing
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
• English (Must), Arabic (Preferred)
