To assist the Head – Professional Standards and Compliance function (“PSC”) of Transguard Group LLC and its subsidiaries (“Company”). The department shall function as an independent and objective body that investigates criminal activity of Transguard employees through whistleblowing, complaints and concerns within the Company from employees and/or third parties and reviews and evaluates Company compliance issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out investigations as directed by the Head of PSC.
• Maintain high moral ethics, supporting the PSC team to periodically review and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the PSC function to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units to provide advice and guidance on Professional Standards matters and to identify opportunities for new initiatives that will improve standards of behaviour.
• Support the Manager of PSC in developing the Professional Standards strategy and associated policies that are aligned with the Company’s strategic aims and with the Code of Conduct.
• Support the Manager of PSC in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Professional Standards operating procedures; to ensure that these deliver appropriate outcomes and are consistent with Company mission and values.
