Responsibilities
Management and Leadership: Oversee and manage Investment team, setting up goals, providing timely guidance, regularly monitor and assess the performance, taking the follow ups and ensuring the goal’s success.
Joint Venture Strategy: Assist Vice President in strategic planning, develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing potential joint venture opportunities aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Partnership Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to negotiate terms, agreements, and structures for joint ventures. Ensure that negotiations result in mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.

Requirement
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
years of experience in 5 years minimum with a focus on joint ventures, partnerships, or business development.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing joint ventures.
Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of legal documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
