Position: IT Support Engineer

Currently, we are seeking for an IT Support Engineer. In this role, the successful candidate will provide IT support for end users.

• Deliver designated operational procedures and manuals for reference purposes.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations while meeting business and customer requirements.
• Compile detailed status reports of service desk products as per designated policy.
