Job Responsibilities:

• Implement smooth operations processes for efficiency.
• Help in end to end perfect operations for lab at home.
• Resolve customers escalation by communicating with suppliers and CS teams and bridge between partners and Justlife.
• Manage on ground issues coordinate with various stake holders to ensure the operations are being run smoothly.

• Should be able to come up with solutions to complex problems and implement and execute them in lightning speed.

Job Requirements:

• An energetic individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and fix problems.
• Person who is very focussed on whatever work is given.
• Minimum 3 years of Operations Coorinator experience.
• Results-oriented, strong planning and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Being in mutliple communication, coordination, data entry, operations managment, etc
• Execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
