Responsibilities:

  • Completing operational audits of processes related to the sale of financial services in accordance with the audit program, including ensuring the timely and accurate presentation of research results;
  • Responding to Client’s queries;
  • Communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions;
  • Attending weekly calls with the Client to discuss the testing results, process changes and potential risks to the process;
  • Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of OTC / Collections / Sales related processes or Salesforce admin experience/user experience would be an asset
  • Fluent English;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a problem-solving environment;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills;
