We are currently looking for a Junior FFE designer to join our award-winning interior design practice. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with excellent design, specification and delivery skills to join an ambitious and growing Dubai based team working on high-end projects throughout UAE. The Junior FF&E Designer’s focus will be on sourcing and documentation of the FF&E and interior finishes aspects of interior design projects, working with and under the direction of Senior FF&E Designers. Documents will include creation of BOQs, sourcing of FF&E from the local market, specifications, control samples, details, etc.

Responsibilities
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in all work produced
Strong organizational skills – saving documents and compiling lists
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels
within the corporate environment – i.e with designers, suppliers, higher management
Good technical and detailing skills with willingness to develop further
Commercial awareness – designing to budget

Requirement
Assist the project team with selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes
Assist with project record-keeping
Good understanding of client objectives and the needs of the end-user
Assist in preparing and developing presentation packages including design presentations, artwork
and accessories presentations, mood boards and sample boards under senior team instructions.
