As a Junior Sous Chef (Main Kitchen) you will work with your team to create unforgettable culinary delights for our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the main kitchen and organize the team’s tasks for the daily production and ensure standards are being followed.
- Develop seasonal offerings as required.
- Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
