Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues.
• Creation of all Festive, Ramadan & Themed Buffet Props Ice Carvings & Set – ups
• Assist Garde Manger upon completion of Chef Carver duties or when assigned by Sous Chefs
• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role is required
• The ability to work under pressure and with the team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety requirements for restaurants
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
