1- Leadership Principal Instructor
Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Work within the existing curriculum to create syllabi and lesson plans for 8 What Makes a Great Leader? sessions
• Ensure that all course materials are delivered and accessible to the Scholars, oftentimes through the NYU learning management system of Brightspace
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings and interactions with leaders from various professional settings, typically 3-4 leaders in the UAE and 1-2 in NYU’s Global Sites
• With the Assistant Instructors, have at least one set of 1-1 meetings with the Scholars to discuss goals, progress, and challenges. Be available to individual Scholars or groups in need of assistance, as well as to other instructors undertaking cross-curricular or collaborative projects
• Work closely with the Assistant Instructors to review Scholar performance, provide feedback and grades, and evaluate course delivery and activities

Job Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Masters, PhD, or other terminal degree) in Executive Leadership, Educational Leadership, or a related subject
• Available to travel internationally, if necessary, during the dates listed above, if the program is delivered in person
• Ability to provide online instruction during the dates listed above if the program is delivered online
• Advanced degree in Leadership, or related subject
• College-level experience teaching in Leadership
