As a lead qualifier, you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generation and by contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails (inbounds):/

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound communication (meetings, calls, emails etc).
  • Cold-call and reach out to prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
  • Conduct conversations to set appointments with decision makers in prospect accounts
  • Answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of GuestReady and the services we provide; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits
  • Run Account maintenance in CRM database (Hubspot and RentalReady software tools).
  • Collaborate with the business development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list
  • Provide prompt and courteous lead service.
  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and company position.
  • Assist sales managers and business development managers with presentations, service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including, calls completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meetings/calls.
  • At least 2 years of lead generation experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Prior experience as a sales lead qualifier with a track record of achieving sales quotes
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • UAE Sales and Marketing Short-Term Stay Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
