Qualifications
· Experience not less than 10 years in Legal field in UAE.
· Full knowledge of laws and their updates.
· Experience in Systems of both (Courts and Prosecution).
· Familiarity with arbitration and its procedures
· Computer proficiency.
· Fluency in English.
· Resident in United Arab Emirates.
· Driving License
Job Description
· Organize all the kinds of contracts and agreements.
· Provide legal advice in all the fields of law.
· Study cases and prepare memos in all the fields of law.
· Prepare appeal and cassation papers in various types of cases.
· Work on arbitration cases and attend to arbitration and expert sessions.
· Meet with clients and manage the contracting process with them.
