Job Responsibilities:

Person who prepares, shorthand and types letters and legal documents into a computer from handwritten or dictated texts. It constitutes the files, ensures the preparation of documents for legal proceedings, makes the preliminary steps with the various authorities within the framework of the required procedures, checks the hearing rolls and takes the appropriate follow-up.She can open the mail, write routine correspondence, keep the filing up to date and assist one or more managers, professionals or a work team in their administrative functions. It responds to requests for information within its competence.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic and/or professional requirements:
  • Have an ASP in legal secretarial work.
  • Hold an AEC/DEC in legal techniques.
  • Have accumulated three (3) years of experience in legal secretarial work in the last five (5) years.
  • Beginner Excel Advanced French Word beginner Intermediate Word 40 words per minute
