Our client is a nightclub in Dubai and currently hiring an experienced light technician.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and program lighting equipment in a nightclub and restaurant setting.
• Set up and maintain lighting equipment to ensure it is working correctly.
• Troubleshoot any lighting issues that arise during events.
• Work closely with the DJ and other staff members to create the desired atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all events run smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting technology and techniques.

Requirements:

• Significant professional experience as a lighting installer or technician
• Skill in operating lighting related equipment
• Fluent English in both verbal and written communication
• Proficient in lighting programming and operation software, such as AROMA, GrandMA or ETC
• Strong working knowledge of ballasts, drivers, lamps, and high voltage wiring systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and leadership skills
