Responsibilities:

• Shipping Arrangement and Coordination
• To request dealers to open LC or advanced TT payments before ex-factory date.
• To forward shipping instructions and all shipping documents between dealer’s nominated forwarders and factory’s forwarder.
• Documentation, Attestation and Legalization
• To prepare shipping documents based on LC or dealer’s requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management
