We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the shipping process, make periodic checks, and adjust equipment and work practices according to standard operating procedures.
• Arrange vehicles to send products from collection centre to packhouses and finished goods from packhouses to distribution centre, organize the shipment to customers and ensure timely update of the ERP system.
• Inspect overall package and product quality and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ensure compliance of transportation providers with temperature and storage conditions specifications
• Gather and analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities to save costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze daily schedules to ensure continuous product supply by managing daily driver availability and ensure equipment resources are provided as necessary.

Requirements:

• Judgment and Decision Making
• Microsoft Office Skills “especially Excel”.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Planning Skills.
• Communication Skills.
